The position
As PEM Lead, you will take long-term ownership of Novo Nordisk’s capital project delivery model—a stage-gated framework supporting structured, value-driven execution. You will work across functions and disciplines to ensure the PEM supports the real needs of project teams: clarity, alignment, and effectiveness.
The PEM is used across the full spectrum of projects—from minor upgrades to multi-billion DKK expansions. Your role is to make it easy to adopt, easy to follow, and a clear enabler—not an overhead.
You will guide its evolution through governance, coaching, and continuous improvement, ensuring it reflects best practices and lessons learned from real projects.
