If so, join us as a People Lead and Product Owner in our Digital B2B team at BESTSELLER TECH, where you will oversee some of the responsibility of our B2B Webshop, MORE. This role offers a unique blend of leadership and hands-on involvement in technology, and we’re especially looking for someone who knows what it takes to run and grow a successful webshop – ideally from a B2C e-commerce setup.
YOUR TEAM
You will join our Digital B2B team, which develops and operates platforms like MORE and the DIGITAL SHOWROOM, used by thousands of wholesale customers across 30+ markets.
You will lead a cross-functional team, including a business analyst, product designer, and frontend/backend developers. Together, you hold the end-to-end responsibility for driving value and innovation on one of BESTSELLER’s most business-critical platforms.
YOUR ROLE
As People Lead & Product Owner, you will set the strategic direction for MORE – our B2B platform built to make ordering and collaboration between our wholesale partners and BESTSELLER the best experience possible. We are on a mission to grow our wholesale business through our digital channels and MORE plays a crucial part of this.
You will combine product leadership with people management, working closely with your team and stakeholders across the business to ensure continuous development, stability and business value. We work with a modern tech stack that includes a CMS (Builder.io), advanced search and recommendation tools (Relewise.com), and a platform architecture that continues to evolve to support our ambition of accelerating digital sales through MORE. This is where we rely on your experience.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the product roadmap and ensuring high-impact deliverables
- Ensure a stable and efficient platform for thousands of users everyday
- Collaborate closely with other departments to understand the dependencies across BESTSELLER
- Lead by example, being involved in daily tasks and ready to jump in when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
YOUR PROFILE
You are passionate about leading teams and delivering high-quality, impactful technological solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a keen eye for detail. You are ready to take ownership of your work and lead by example.
Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and supporting teams.
- Understanding of data platforms and support processes.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- A drive to learn and stay updated with new technologies.
- Hands-on experience from B2C e-commerce – ideally as an e-commerce manager, product owner or similar
- Familiarity with tools and concepts like CMS, CRM, CDP, ERP, CRO and AOV.
Experience from a B2B context is a plus, but B2C experience is essential – we are looking for someone who can bring a strong commercial webshop mindset into this B2B journey
