Keepit is on an exciting growth journey, and we are looking for a Product & Delivery Operations Lead to accelerate our product development and delivery efficiency, making a direct impact on how our teams collaborate and innovate. Sitting at the intersection of product enablement, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution, you’ll build the systems and processes that help our teams thrive, whilst leading key initiatives that drive organisational growth.
Working closely with our VP of Product & Delivery Operations, you’ll support a growing product organisation where operational excellence and team enablement will be central to our success.
Key Responsibilities
Tooling & Process Optimisation
Manage and optimise our core toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Productboard) to enable efficient product development workflows
Champion tool adoption and help provide enablement through training, documentation and good practices
Create reusable templates, dashboards and automation to reduce manual overhead and improve delivery speed
Evaluate and recommend new tools to boost team productivity and capabilities
Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless tool adoption and workflow optimisation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Closely partner with product, engineering, design, operations, support, and our PMO team
Map connection points and communication mechanisms for smooth cross-department collaboration
Drive adoption of new ways of working in a sustainable, people-focused manner
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and cross-team working groups
Strategic Project Execution
Partner with the VP of Product & Delivery Operations to lead strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination and rapid execution
Quickly adapt to changing priorities, ensuring projects move from concept to completion in a pragmatic way
Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions with cross-functional teams
Support leadership with projects that enhance organisational capability and performance
Operational Reporting
Build and maintain operational dashboards and internal health checks to provide visibility for teams and leadership
Analyse trends and feedback to identify and drive continuous process improvement
Improve onboarding efficiency through streamlined documentation, processes and resources
Create metrics that help demonstrate the impact of operational improvements on product outcomes
Skills and Experience
3+ years in operations, delivery management or technical project coordination roles
Proven experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Productboard or similar platforms
Strong analytical and operational reporting skills
Track record of driving process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Experience leading tool adoption and process enablement in product environments
Skilled at facilitating meetings, workshops, and cross-team planning sessions
Understanding of agile software development and product lifecycles
Keen to explore automation, AI and emerging operational technologies
