We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team!
The Process Department is responsible for the continuous improvement of production processes, including process design, capacity expansion, cost optimization, process improvements, troubleshooting in collaboration with production, and process safety. We often work in cross-functional teams, including colleagues from the R&D team located in Hørsholm and other global R&D sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in, and support, projects across the entire production process.
- Lead, or support, the development of accurate models (cost, process, productivity, OEE, etc.).
- Optimize existing processes.
- Participate in technology transfer, and the introduction of new products from R&D to production.
- Take ownership of process improvement projects, and execute assigned tasks independently.

You Bring
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering.
- Newly graduated or with several years of experience, preferably from the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
- You possess knowledge of databases, data structures, and data visualization.
- You have experience with one or more of the following unit operations: fermentation, filtration, crystallization, centrifugation, or spray drying.
- You possess strong analytical skills, can analyze complex datasets, and drive data-based decisions for process improvements.
- You are used to working in a project-based organization, preferably with experience in leading process improvement projects.
- Experience with multivariable data analysis or process analytical technology would be an advantage.
