We're looking for someone who enjoys building solutions, not just using them — someone who can turn business needs into automated workflows, custom apps, and insightful dashboards using the Power Platform.
What You'll Do
As a xPM Consultant, you'll work alongside a team of top-tier professionals shaping the future of modern portfolio management. You will:
Collaborate with clients to implement xPM – our approach that bridges strategic planning and execution using Microsoft’s Power Platform
Run workshops, gather requirements, and help scope, plan, and deliver tailored xPM solutions
Translate business needs into technical solutions — including user-friendly apps and dashboards — using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Work in agile or hybrid project setups, bringing best practices and flexibility to each client
Contribute to building intuitive, scalable solutions that empower users — from project managers to executives
Who You Are
You have a technical mindset and enjoy working hands-on with tools like Power Platform to solve real business problems. Ideally, you bring:
1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) — especially in building solutions, not just using them
Passion for (and ideally experience with) PPM concepts and tools
Ability to facilitate workshops and structure complex information
Experience with IT systems — whether through superuser roles, system administration, or configuration
Understanding of agile, traditional, and hybrid project management methodologies
Motivation to learn and grow into an expert in xPM and Microsoft-based project solutions
Bonus if you have
Certifications: PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-600
Experience implementing business or IT solutions for portfolio or project management
A consulting mindset: analytical, structured, and always thinking two steps ahead
