- Be responsible for the design and data analysis/interpretation of pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) aspects of preclinical and clinical studies, with focus on the clinical part
- Be instrumental in the strategic design of the PK/PD plan – ensuring that PK can support the plan and the selected PK/PD analyses are the best and most relevant for the overall clinical development plan
- Represent the department in cross-functional teams, including responsibility for PK/PD input to global clinical development plans
- Write scientific reports and prepare documents for PK/PD-related sections in Investigator Brochures, study reports, manuscripts, summaries for regulatory authorities, INDs and BLAs
- Interpret preclinical PK data to inform human dose projections
We’re looking for someone who combines scientific rigor with curiosity and innovation:
- BS or MS (at least 4-6 years of industry experience) or PhD, in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical science, bioengineering, chemical engineering, or a related discipline
- A basic physiological understanding to facility collaborations with clinical colleagues
- Solid research background and interest in understanding PK data in the context of complex biology
- Working knowledge of PK/PD software (e.g., WinNonlin, NONMEM, R, MATLAB etc.)
- Proven ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English
- Skilled at building partnerships and collaborating with others to meet shared goals
- Scientifically minded, curios and with an innovative mindset
