As a Personalisation Consultant, you’ll design and deliver data-driven experiences that drive engagement and business impact. You’ll work hands-on with advanced marketing automation solutions, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and help major brands connect with their customers in smarter, more relevant ways.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing personalized digital experiences and creating relevant audiences based on customer insights
- Setting up and optimizing marketing automation campaigns and multi-step customer journeys
- Building and testing personalised campaign flows that enable seamless customer interactions
- Analyzing customer insights to create relevant, data-driven experiences
- Managing segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance
- Collaborating with creative, technical, and commercial experts to deliver seamless customer experiences

Qualifications
- We’re looking for someone passionate about personalisation, marketing automation, and customer experience — and eager to make an impact. You should be comfortable working with data, technology, and campaigns.We imagine that you have:
- Experience working with personalisation, marketing automation, CRO, analytics, or similar areas
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Dynamic Yield, Bloomreach, or similar platforms
- A solid understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and data-driven marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when building, testing, and optimizing campaigns
- A relevant education within IT, marketing, communication, or business — for example from ITU, CBS, KEA, or a similar institution
