YOUR TEAM
You will become part of a small, ambitious, and passionate team, consisting of a Team Leader, a Pattern Designer, and two in-house fit models. Creativity, collaboration, and a hands-on mindset are at the core of how we work. In addition to strengthening our pattern setup, you will work closely with our Buying and Design teams to ensure a strong fit and link between design vision and final product.
YOUR JOB
Your primary responsibility will be making key decisions on fit, shape, and measurements. You will be the expert who brings structure and clarity to the technical side of our products. In our team, we value collaboration and development – both internally and with our suppliers. Your role will be to guide and inspire them, ensuring our fit standards are clearly understood, consistently implemented, and continuously improved.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Developing size charts and gradings
- Commenting on fit and garment construction in close collaboration with buyers and designers
- Approving samples for production
- Ensuring understanding of correct fitting and measurements, including training colleagues and suppliers.

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality – even when things get busy. Proactive by nature, with a drive to take ownership and move things forward. You find value in going deep into the product, understanding the construction and improving the fit. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships across teams and with suppliers, and confidently challenge the status quo when needed. With a sense of trends and a passion for fashion, you thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, where priorities can shift along the way.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Education within pattern design
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role – preferably within the fast fashion industry
- Experience with sweat, jersey or tailoring is an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English
