Core Responsibilities
Drive assessment of manufacturing capability of steel parts in Insert Factory
Identify actions based on capability assessments
Analyze data on steel part manufacturing to gain insights
Evaluation of current manufacturing processes
Engage in the teams that mature parts for insert factory

The Manufacturing Qualification team within the Mould Manufacturing Development (MMD) organization is maturing new injection mold part categories and technologies. Focussing on integrating these advancements into LEGO Group's internal mold part manufacturing facilities, including the Insert Factory and Low Volume Moulds. The Manufacturing Qualification team is responsible for overseeing documentation and training initiatives, as well as establishing knowledge and action plans related to manufacturing capabilities, including CP and CPK.
Do you have what it takes
Experience in driving improving performance within manufacturing capability
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably from metalwork (e.g. CNC, wirecut , EDM)
Great understanding of how data can be used to drive optimization (CMM data)
Ability to gain insights by analysis of multivariable data
Background in Engineering or similar
Track record of delivering results in a matrix organisation
The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
