In this role, you will help set the technical direction of our Java platform, drive consistency across teams, and contribute to a streamlined and modern development experience.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- leading the adoption of new technologies and aligning solutions with our strategy
- creating and maintaining coding guidelines, including CheckStyle and SpotBug plugins, to support consistent development
- building and updating shared libraries to reduce duplication and speed up delivery
- improving development tools and maintaining core infrastructure
- supporting agile teams by offering guidance and sharing best practices
- suggesting and developing new tools to improve our ways of working

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has strong skills in Java & Spring Boot, and understands object-oriented design
- has experience with modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
- has a proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
- communicates clearly and works well with others
- is motivated to improve development processes and drive technical improvements
- takes ownership and delivers high-quality solutions
