The Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving high-performance execution across Paid Media and Email Marketing channels. Your focus will be on sustainable growth, ROI, scalable campaign systems, and maximizing First-Time Deposits (FTDs). You will lead a competitive and data-driven marketing team while ensuring alignment with Traffic Lab’s strategic objectives.
This role is central to expanding our market presence and ensuring compliance within the evolving iGaming advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the marketing team to deliver sustainable growth and maximize market reach.
- Drive operational execution of paid media and email marketing campaigns with a relentless focus on ROI and FTDs.
- Develop, structure, and manage automated and email journeys across markets, ensuring relevance, deliverability, and engagement.
- Build and scale paid media strategies across key traffic channels.
- Ensure compliance with iGaming advertising regulations while identifying innovative approaches to overcome challenges.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with broader company goals.
- Champion a culture of creativity, data fusion, and cross-channel synergy in all marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with proven expertise in paid media and email marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Expert knowledge in operational management and email marketing.
- General knowledge of digital advertising and campaign optimization.
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
