As Head of Functional Platform – Air & LCL, Planning & Execution, you will lead a team of experts to define, implement, and continuously improve global processes and technology solutions that enable superior customer outcomes. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, operations, and technology teams to ensure our platform delivers on strategic priorities and value realization.
This role is central to Maersk’s strategic ambition to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions through innovation and leadership.
Leading a team of six direct reports, you will spearhead a global transformation across more than 60 countries, with a focus on process standardization, technology enablement, and operational excellence. Your team—comprising Functional Platform Owners and Senior Platform Experts—operates at the critical intersection of business and technology. Together, you will translate strategic goals into scalable processes and systems that drive innovation and deliver superior customer outcomes.
