Your Future Team:
Digital is ROCKWOOL Group’s IT organization that supplies global solutions and connectivity to around 12,000 ROCKWOOL employees in more than 40 countries. Digital is a global organization with around 250 employees of many nationalities.
What you will be doing:
Managing the PMO team and supporting the Project Managers, including recruitment, development, deployment and assigning of projects
Proactively building productive working relationships with key stakeholders focusing on value and efficiency, influencing change and setting expectations
Leading the Digital Project Management team consisting of 16 project managers, project coordinators and one Product Manager. These are Located across four locations: Denmark, UK, Poland, and Malaysia
Developing the team of project managers who have varying levels of experiences and skills
Managing and developing the Project Management toolbox
Driving the project manager’s adoption of change to processes and ways of working with project management
Closely collaborating with Digital Portfolio Office, driving the stage gate model, PPM tool and portfolio insights
Championing the adoption of industry best practices and driving innovation in project management methodologies
What you bring:
Previous experience of running IT or related Projects and Programs
Previous experience of people management
Experience with classical Waterfall and Agile project delivery models
Excellent communications skills (English) both written and verbal
Capability to coach and develop individuals
Good understanding of key business areas (Finance, HR, Marketing, Manufacturing & Supply Chain)
