The role
We’re looking for a hands-on, impact-driven Finance Manager to lead our finance operations and guide the next phase of our finance journey. This is a player-coach role, where you’ll oversee all financial operations while working closely with a Financial Controller (reporting to you) and the CFO.
In a small, agile team, your work will have a direct impact on the company’s success. You’ll own the full finance operations, partner cross-functionally, and shape a modern finance function that leverages technology, automation, and data to drive smarter decisions.

Our finance team is small but plays a critical role in the company’s success -ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and the insights that drive smarter decisions. What you will do
- Lead all finance operations, including: Month-end close, AR/AP, payroll, VAT, tax, and transfer pricing; Year-end audit and statutory reporting; Compliance and control over all financial processes
- Partner with and manage our Financial Controller, while staying hands-on in daily operations
- Coordinate with our external accounting firm in Athens for our Greek subsidiary
- Drive operational improvements, simplifying processes and leveraging automation where it adds value
- Lead the next phase of finance modernization, including: Using AI, automation, and analytics to enhance efficiency and insight generation; Partnering across the company to provide data-driven financial insights
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and management reporting
- Support strategic initiatives, contributing to the company’s growth journey
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with hands-on operational experience
- Proven ability to own the full finance operations of a small company
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP) preferred
- Skilled with Microsoft tools including Power BI and Power Apps, with a passion for technology-driven efficiency
- Curious and pragmatic – driven to optimize processes and deliver meaningful insights
- Comfortable being hands-on in a small team environment
- Excellent English (other European languages are a plus)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
