Job Description
As an F&B Tournant, you are a flexible and versatile member of our Food & Beverage team, together with around 20 colleagues in total. You work across our Tiger Lily Restaurant, Nomad Daybar, and lounge areas, taking on different functions depending on where support is needed. In addition, you play a role in our event and conference operations, occasionally acting as on-site contact person and ensuring smooth service and coordination when events are taking place.
How does your working day look like …
- Actively participating in the daily operations across the restaurant, daybar, lounge areas, and events
- Delivering professional hospitality and guest service, whether through table service, in the daybar, or at events
- Assisting with preparation, table setup, clearing, and general tidiness in all F&B areas
- Supporting where needed with beverage service and barista tasks
- Assisting in practical operational tasks such as restocking, storage, and overall orderliness
- Ensuring that all areas are always clean, presentable, and welcoming
- Acting as an allround team player, creating flow and consistency in the overall guest experience across the house
- Supporting event operations, including setup of meeting rooms, buffets, and coffee breaks, as well as service during conferences, receptions, and banquets
- Acting as on-site contact person for selected events, ensuring smooth communication with organizers and coordination with the F&B team
- Assisting with event breakdown and reset, securing a seamless transition between different functions and spaces
