Evening waiter, fulltime, Scandic Kødbyen

Can you stay calm and collected, even when the restaurant is full to bursting, and make sure every meal is served with respect for the delicious ingredients? Then we believe you could be our new waiter at Scandic Kødbyen. We know that you take pride in knowing our menus inside out and keeping up to date, so you can give the best possible advice. And we know that you can juggle without spilling, that for you the glass is always half full and that you spread your positivity throughout the bar. Duties

• Personal, passionate and professional serving in the restaurant
• Guiding guests including upselling
• Presentation of menus and wine/drinks
• Preparations for meals and events, including setting up and setting the table in the restaurant and meeting rooms
• Receipt of payment and cashing up
• Ensuring compliance with laws and guidelines on alcohol
• Teaching trainees and new colleagues

Who are you?

• You really enjpy workign evening shifts
• You are a skilled waiter or years of experience in the service industry
• You have a good sense of humor and a warm and friendly smile
• You love giving good service and building relationships
• You are skilled in sales and good at understanding guests’ needs and wishes
• You speak a Nordic language and/or good English
