Role Overview:
Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end-users
Perform hardware/software troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Follow ITIL best practices and collaborate with global IT teams
