The hiring manager for this role is Christopher Nilsson, Manager for Customer Service. He leads with a people-first approach, focusing on trust, open communication, and helping people grow. Your role & influence as Customer Service Representative
Responsibility: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support customers via phone, email, and chat, handling returns, complaints, transport damages, and warranty cases etc. with professionalism and empathy. You’ll focus on delivering a great post-purchase experience while also contributing to a strong team spirit and continuous improvement within our customer service.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you will support our customers through phone, email, and chat, while working closely with other departments across Dustin to ensure a seamless customer experience.
