As our CRM Localisation Manager , you'll make our global customer relationship strategies feel relevant, personal, and local. You’ll bring our CRM journeys to life in a way that makes sense for our local markets—tailoring communications, campaigns, and engagement strategies to meet the needs, expectations, and habits of members all around the world.
Please note the work location is Copenhagen, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Adapt global CRM strategies, lifecycle communications, and automated journeys to resonate with local audiences across email, SMS, app, and other owned channels.
- Collaborate with copywriters, translators, and the global content team to ensure messaging is consistent with The LEGO Group's tone of voice while reflecting cultural and linguistic nuances.
- Act as the bridge between global CRM, local marketing, customer support, and digital teams to ensure alignment and cohesion across all touchpoints.
- Support the use of CRM platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and ensure data and content are managed effectively and responsibly.
Manage the communications of the CRM campaign process – including creative, copy, optimising content
Help conduct A/B testing to optimise and refine CRM content.

Do you have what it takes?
- Solid experience in CRM, customer engagement, or marketing, with a focus on localisation or regional marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, database marketing, and customer segmentation (ideally Salesforce).
- Experience in content and project management tools, (FIGMA and JIRA preferred)
- Experience in localising global marketing or CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- A strategic thinker with an innovative mindset and attention to detail.
