THE ROLE
As our new Creative Junior Buyer, you’ll be supporting the development of our accessories collections across markets. You will assist in various parts of the buying process – from trend research and idea generation to follow-up on samples and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. You’ll work closely with your manager and the rest of the team, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insight into the full buying lifecycle.
This is a perfect opportunity to grow your skills in a creative and commercial role, while being mentored by experienced colleagues in a supportive environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining best-selling styles across markets, ensuring a strong and consistent product flow
- Driving product development by initiating new ideas and staying up to date on fashion trends, colours, and materials
- Preparing and presenting collections to internal sales teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships, including negotiating prices, delivery terms, and product details
- Travelling for supplier visits and trend inspiration across Europe and Asia
- Participating in fittings and product follow-ups to ensure quality and alignment
- Responsible for administrative and logistical tasks related to the buying process

YOUR PROFILE
You’re curious, motivated, and eager to learn. You have a strong eye for trends, enjoy working with products, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You bring structure and enthusiasm to your work and are excited about the opportunity to grow within the buying field.
- You have a relevant educational background – e.g., fashion, buying, or merchandising
- Some internship or assistant-level experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- You are confident using English in your daily work (Danish is a bonus)
- You are detail-oriented, organised, and enjoy working with both creativity and numbers
