About the Role:
As our new Control Tower Agent, you will be at the heart of our evening operations. Your main focus will be on planning and coordinating linehauls, managing scheduled and ad-hoc collections, and preparing for efficient night distribution. You’ll work closely with drivers, customers, and colleagues to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor linehaul departures and arrivals.
- Organise and monitor customer collections, ensuring timely and accurate pickups.
- Prepare and optimise distribution routes.
- Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle exceptions and solve operational challenges as they arise.
- Ensure all transport documentation and systems are up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in transport planning, logistics, or similar.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to keep a cool head and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Service-minded with excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
- Comfortable with IT systems and transport management software.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of responsibility.
