About Your Future Role
We’re looking for a proactive and self-driven Contract Manager to join our Sales Operations team within Sales. You will work alongside four other colleagues across the Nordics and Italy.
The Contract Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the contract repository and contractual database together with the team, and supporting the ongoing implementation of contract management processes. This role is essential for ensuring contractual compliance and carries a significant business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with Legal, Sales, Product, and other stakeholders across multiple regions, making this position a key contributor to our commercial success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing client contracts, ensuring alignment with legal, commercial, and technical requirements
- Providing legal advice and guidance on contract and commercial matters, resolving contract-related issues and disputes
- Owning and maintaining a single repository of contracts, including all supporting documentation (addendums, schedules, etc.)
- Mapping contractual obligations per contract/customer to track trigger points and commercial aspects
- Participating in contractual negotiations and supporting the Commercial Law team with updates and amendments
- Attending customer meetings to ensure contractual alignment
- Ensuring that all contracts, addendums, terms & conditions, and GDPR/DPA documents are current and up to date
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with new legislation (e.g., GDPR, DORA) and leading or supporting compliance efforts
- Establishing and running ongoing governance processes
- Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Contract Service Descriptions, coordinating with the Product team, and establishing a knowledge base of standard templates
- Providing a point of reference on standard practices for different customers
- Driving organizational implementation of agreements through continuous communication with relevant stakeholders across regions and business units
- Supporting sales leads throughout the full contract lifecycle for new customers, renewals, and significant programs, collaborating with legal and sales teams as a project manager
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in daily operations and negotiations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of agreements

Qualifications needed to be successful:
- Fluency in Danish or Norwegian and English (spoken and written) is required
- Experience as a Contract Manager or Contract Administrator, preferably within financial services or another complex, regulated industry in a large international organization
- Solid understanding of Nordic/European regulations such as EBA, GDPR, and DORA
- Knowledge of outsourcing requirements is an advantage
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and resilience
- Able to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives effectively in a fast-paced environment with a “can-do” attitude
- An engaging personality who enjoys being part of a dynamic working environment
Education and experience:
- A degree such as cand.merc.jur with a focus on commercial law, or a relevant degree in contract management/contract administration
- 3-6 years of experience in contract management or contract administration
- Strong business acumen
