Content Marketing Lead

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Content Marketing Lead to join us at our HQ in Islands Brygge—a converted Zeppelin hangar filled with quirky charm and exceptional humans. You will be supporting and growing Onomondo’s brand through the creation of engaging and on‑brand content that fuels campaigns, builds trust, and attracts prospects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan and create core content for growth priorities

  • Own, manage, and share content calendar with input from Growth, Product, and Sales
  • Plan content themes and SEO keywords that support brand differentiation & sales pipeline
  • Write and maintain key content (blogs, website pages, newsletters, case studies, press releases, etc.)
  • Research, outline, and write long-form content (e.g. reports, whitepapers, guides)
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats (social posts, emails, slides)


Monitor performance and share market insights

  • Track social and email performance (reach, clicks, engagement)
  • Monitor social and industry conversations to highlight trends, brand mentions, and competitor messaging.
  • Reply to comments and route product questions to CS/PM


Evolve content strategy

  • Continuously testing and refining content to improve metrics (reach and engagement) through a data driven approach.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant content marketing or writing experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of social media publishing and analytics tools (LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity) for research, outlines, or drafting
  • Strong collaboration, time management, and adaptability
