As a Category Manager, you will have the exciting task to develop and grow the business together with our amazing teams, in strong collaboration with our valued customers.
You will be based in our office in Brøndby, Denmark and report to the Regional Category Manager. You will work locally with the Danish customers together with the Sales organization and be part of an international Commercial Excellence team.
In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with a passionate team to influence both the strategic direction and day-to-day tactics of the category. We’re looking for a proactive team player who brings fresh perspectives, spots emerging trends, and helps turn insights into impactful action. Together, we’ll craft shopper-centric stories and strategies that inspire behavior change and drive growth. Your ideas will be valued, your voice heard—and your impact felt across the business.

- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to build and maintain strong customer partnerships.
- Unlock growth opportunities by turning insights into compelling category strategies.
- Leverage data and analytics to fine-tune assortments, pricing, and shelf strategy for maximum impact.
- Drive smarter promotions that boost sales, brand visibility, and strategic outcomes.

Champion cross-functional teamwork to deliver holistic, insight-driven category growth plans.
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or category management roles within an international environment
- Strong strategic and tactical business understanding
- Skilled in structured and pragmatic problem-solving and competent in analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability as a strong team player
- Effective leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Preferably holds a university degree in business administration or equivalent
