As an Assistant Underwriter you will be responsible for the insurance administration of several customers in different business areas in Industrial. From a system perspective, you will make sure our clients have the correct data and a set up that is compliant to the specific customer. This means, for example, monitoring and follow-up of customer payments, ensuring that local insurances are issued within global programs, preparation of insurance documents and financial follow-up of premiums.
You will have external contact with clients and brokers, both in connection with renewal work and ongoing during the year, regarding e.g. the structure, change of values and terms of the insurance program. You will also have ongoing dialogue with our foreign offices and partners.
A part of the job will also be to plan and follow-up of activity plans and be part of quotation work together with sales, risk and underwriting. You will also participate in project work as well as testing of tools and reports and assist in the development of our administrative processes.
About the team
You will be part of the Danish UW Solutions team in which we are 7 Assistant Underwriters. In business area Industrial we are approx. 350 Nordic employees. Your colleagues work in Cargo, Liability and Property and this role can be cross functional between the business areas but with primary focus on our international clients. This role will have focus on Property.

Who are you?
You have several years’ experience of similar position, with experience from international programs and business area Property. Analytical work and good knowledge of the various office programs is describing you and you master data management in excel. You have administrative flair and work structured, systematic and determined with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in Danish and English. You are willing to work at high speed from time to time and enjoy working in a team. We have a lot of IT systems, so you must like working with different IT tools and get acquainted with new ones. Together with your colleagues you enjoy working towards common goals through cooperation and with high integrity and commitment. Apart from this we are looking for the right person to join this fantastic team.
