Please note this role has no relocation budget and the successful candidate will be based in our campus in Billund, Denmark. The role is a contract from Sep 2025 to Dec 2025.
Core Responsibilities
Support Competence Leads/Engineering Delivery Heads/Product Teams in hiring of externals.
Supporting onboarding & offboarding of external workforce including IT asset management.
Conduct product team specific vendor performance tracking and reporting.
Create vendor contracts renewal, Purchase Orders creation, goods receipt in a timely and customer-focused manner.
Understands and create financial overview such as TCO per product team.
Play your part in our team succeeding
In collaboration with Data Office product teams, management teams as well as our finance and procurement partners, you help ensure we are managing our budgets, costs, vendors and external workforce.
Do you have what it takes?
You come with some years of experience in budgeting and finance follow up with exposure to vendor management.
Your colleagues say you are a good collaborator and communicator on all levels.
You are structured when it comes to work and detailed oriented though keeping the overview.
You also handled Total Cost of Ownership for product teams.
Nice to have:
Experience in IT / technical procurement.
It would also be an advantage if you have experience with being an indirect leader and working agile with product teams.
