Your role
Servicedesk Denmark & Sweden consists of several different teams and a total of approximately 150 employees in Ballerup, Malmö and Luleå. The organization is divided into customer segments based on volumes in Servicedesk, and you will work towards our small and medium-sized customers in Denmark, based in our nice office in Ballerup. You will have responsibility for a dedicated and skilled team with various experience and for several customers.
You will be the leader of a team whose primary tasks are user support within IT, which includes case management, orders and troubleshooting. You ensure that the team has the right conditions for fast solutions and a world-class user experience for our customers. You will lead the daily operations of the team and work together with our entire organization to ensure continues improvement.
As a Team Manager, your main tasks are to lead and develop your team in an inspiring way, and to ensure that we deliver high quality to satisfied customers. You will have close cooperation with other team managers, other stakeholders within ATEA and with the Management Team in Servicedesk DK SE.
Who are you?
As a Team Manager you have the responsibility of building strong relations, both within in team, counterparts internally and with our customer. We are looking for someone who has:
- Leadership experience, either as a people manager or with operational leadership with hunger for the next step. You are passionate about developing and supporting your team.
- Experience in IT support, or similar knowledge gathered in other ways.
- Worked in ITSMs (ServiceNow is advantageous). ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Good at processes and establishing structure.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in both Danish and English and communicate well with all levels in an organization when required, both internally and externally (you will have a close dialogue with the teams’ customers).
- Good understanding of data and statistics and how to follow up on it.
