Abacus Medicine is looking for a Team Manager for Regulatory Affairs Development to drive new market entries, support M&A activities, and lead a skilled team of regulatory professionals. We would like you to:
- Lead and develop the Regulatory Affairs Development team with a strong focus on performance, engagement, and growth.
- Ensure timely and compliant submissions for new market entries and M&A projects.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing regulatory input in early-stage projects and business development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and secure alignment across teams.
- Maintain regulatory workflows and ensure ongoing compliance across markets.
What we need you to have:
You have a solid regulatory foundation and a natural ability to lead. You thrive in a fast-paced, international setting and are motivated by change and growth.
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a regional or global context.
- Deep knowledge of EU regulatory requirements and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and the ability to translate regulatory complexity into clear direction.
