We are looking for a dedicated Station Supervisor to help drive revenue growth and optimize customer satisfaction at our station. As a Station Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership and coaching to our sales team, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
Purpose of the Job:
The Station Supervisor will assist the station in maximizing revenue generation by analyzing performance reports and providing customized coaching to enhance sales opportunities. You will mentor and monitor sales professionals, ensuring they follow the Europcar Sales and Service process, while driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Management:
Lead and manage the performance of counter agents in terms of sales and customer service.
Observe, coach, assist, and mentor rental sales agents to promote products and services, while maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring excellent customer service.
Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, features, and the benefits of our fleet and services.
2. Sales and Customer Satisfaction:
Support the Travel Hub Manager in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue generation.
Analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement and work with the sales team to exceed location goals.
Collaborate with the counter sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire a team to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
