We're looking for a Student Assistant with a flair and/or interest in learning Power BI, Power Apps, in general Power Platform and structured thinking — someone who’s excited to explore how technology can make teams more
efficient, projects more transparent, and outcomes better for patients worldwide.
Your day in Ferring
Support our Project Management Office (PMO) with everyday coordination tasks — from keeping timelines tidy to prepping insightful dashboards.
Help maintain and improve project-related databases, documents, and reports.
Build Power BI visualizations or Power Apps that support decision-making and process optimization.
Be part of meetings, take minutes, follow up on action items — and learn the ropes of project management in pharma.
Assist in process improvement, data clean-up, and exploring new digital tools.
Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing communications to ensure smooth operations.
What we are looking for
You’ve just started (or are early in) a degree in Business, Project Management, Digital Innovation or similar — and you want to get ahead.
You’re comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint — and have played around with Power BI or Power Apps.
You’re structured, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or try something new.
You enjoy working in a team but can also run solo when needed.
You speak and write English clearly and confidently.
