We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager with a strong hunter profile to drive new business and expand our partner network in the public transport sector across the Scandinavian and/or DACH markets . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing deals in a tech-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the public transport ecosystem , experience in partner/channel sales , and familiarity with CCTV and SaaS-based solutions .

This is how You Make a Difference
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public transport road sector.
  • Build and manage a network of strategic partners, resellers, and integrators.
  • Promote r2p’s full solution portfolio, with a focus on CCTV and SaaS-based platforms.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent r2p at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on partner/channel development.
  • Strong hunter mindset – proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Solid understanding of the public transport sector and its procurement processes.
  • Experience with CCTV systems and/or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in both the local market language and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
