SOURCING MANAGER, INDIRECT

To support this, we are strengthening our sourcing and supply chain capabilities with the appointment of a Sourcing Manager, Indirect, focusing on Marketing & Media.
This role is part of our global sourcing team and is responsible for shaping sourcing strategies for marketing, media, and indirect services. You will work across business areas to manage supplier relationships, guide stakeholders, and support sourcing processes that drive efficiency, cost control, and innovation.
This hybrid role will be based at our new Flintholm office in Frederiksberg, Denmark.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role you will manage category sourcing activities and supplier coordination for marketing, media, and indirect services. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with category strategy, manage risk, and improve cost efficiency and supplier performance.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for marketing, media, and indirect services
Manage supplier relationships and support contract negotiation and performance tracking
Drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement across key categories
Work closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teamsUse market intelligence and data to guide sourcing decisions and innovation
Support compliance with sourcing policies, contracts, and ethical standards
Contribute to risk management, stakeholder engagement, and sourcing process improvements
WHO YOU ARE
You bring experience in marketing and media sourcing and are comfortable working with global teams and supplier networks. You are analytical, reliable, and motivated by operational excellence, stakeholder partnership, and results.
Minimum 5 years of sourcing or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in marketing and media buying
Experience supporting cross functional sourcing projects in a matrix environment
Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier coordination skills
Comfortable working with technical specifications and quality standards
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
Excellent communication skills and full proficiency in our working language, English

BA Vita offers premium and luxury products for the tableware, drinkware, jewelry and interior categories.
