YOUR TEAM
You’ll join our marketing department – a dynamic team of hardworking and inspiring colleagues. You’ll play a key role in the department, as this area of the business is one we’re constantly developing and rethinking. To ensure consistency and alignment across our markets, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Design, Retail, and E-commerce – both nationally and internationally. Your mission will be to maintain and strengthen NAME IT’s digital presence, both on our own social media channels and through influencer partnerships.
YOUR ROLE
Your main responsibility is to be NAME IT’s creative voice on social media, developing and strengthening our social media presence through engaging and inspiring content. Whether it’s crafting a compelling reel, co-creating with influencers, or sparking engagement across platforms, you’ll turn scrolls into connection — and brand love into loyalty.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:
- Driving NAME IT’s social media strategy in collaboration with the team, with a focus on planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across platforms.
- Maintaining and developing our SoMe channels, ensuring consistent tone-of-voice, brand alignment, and timely content delivery.
- Increasing brand visibility through influencer collaborations, PR initiatives, and support for key events and product launches.
- Taking ownership of the content calendar across markets and platforms, coordinating campaigns and ensuring cohesion across channels.
- Using insights and data to monitor performance, report on results, and refine social content to increase engagement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Design, E-commerce, and Retail teams to align messaging and amplify campaigns

YOUR PROFILE
You’re a proactive, imaginative communicator who brings both ideas, energy, and a sharp eye for content into the room. You understand the aesthetic of Instagram, the rhythms of TikTok, the storytelling power of video — and you know how to make a brand feel human and relatable through every swipe.
You stay ahead of trends, balance structure with spontaneity, and thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.
You communicate confidently across teams, take initiative, and move things forward. With a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, you deliver reliably—and you're eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success.
In addition, we're looking for the following specific qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with social media and influencers - for instance from a student job or internship.
- Excellent understanding of online concepts, social media trends, and algorithms.
- Skilled at using data to optimize content and drive engagement on social media.
- Experience achieving high levels of user interaction.
- Ability to continuously use data to optimize performance.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
