Your key tasks will include:
- Independently oversee the quality output of suppliers for Novo Nordisk medical devices.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, process experts, operations managers, and R&D to maintain high quality standards.
- Create and manage quality contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle deviations and change control processes effectively, prioritizing patient safety.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the supplier network.
- Work with suppliers in injection moulding, advanced assembly, electronic production, and metal processing.
- Contribute to a quality mindset and a culture of simplicity and collaboration within the organization.
This role may involve approximately 20 travel days a year to engage with suppliers and strengthen your professional relationships.
Your new department
The department consists of 13 highly qualified QA Engineers who have the responsibility for the quality of metal, electronic and plastic components produced by Novo Nordisk suppliers. We work in lovely surroundings in GCM Devices buildings in Hillerød about 30 km north of Copenhagen.

Your skills and qualifications
To be successful in the role, we envision you as someone who:
- Holds a M.Sc. in a relevant engineering field.
- Has experience in quality assurance with external suppliers.
- Is knowledgeable about ISO13485, cGMP, Lean manufacturing, and systematic problem solving.
- Is fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Works independently and actively seeks personal development opportunities.
