Job Description

Do you have passion and extensive experience with headcount planning, strategic workforce insights and people analytics, and turning this into action driven value for the business? To lead the Workforce Planning and Analytics of the LEGO Group’s digital transformation, our People Planning & Analytics team is looking for a new colleague.

Do you have what it takes 

The ideal candidate brings a relevant educational background coupled with solid experience within strategic and advanced workforce planning and extensive experience working in analytics, forecasting systems and visualization tools. In addition, we expect that you bring experience in/with  

As a person, you bring excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English, both speech and writing. You have a genuine interest in HR systems – possibly you have experience with utilization of cloud-based platforms.
