In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers understand the quality and regulatory standards that apply to the Food Ingredients of IFF. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers with product documentation addressing quality and regulatory matters
- Completing and maintaining customer documentation in line with internal policies
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to review and update documentation
- Monitoring customer needs and identifying opportunities to improve and harmonize documentation
- Assessing the impact of legislative changes on existing documentation
Our expectations:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within quality/regulatory affairs in the food industry
- A university degree in science (chemistry, food), or similar level of knowledge acquired through experience
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in corporate IT systems
- Full professional fluency in English
