As a Resource Manager at Deloitte, you will be responsible for your own departments, where you, together with the management, will drive the staffing process from the moment a request is received until a consultant is confirmed for the task.

Job Description
As a Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our organization's workforce and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project demands. You will collaborate with various departments to understand project requirements, manage staffing levels, and implement strategies to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
- Prepare materials for and facilitate weekly staffing meetings with each of your departments, including gathering relevant data to best support the department.
- Handle resource inquiries across Deloitte Consulting Denmark and the Nordic.
- Maintain continuous dialogue with our departments to ensure optimal staffing of our consultants.
- Internal projects aimed at ensuring ongoing optimal work with data and systems.
- Analysis and interpretation of data.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who are approachable, have a problem-solving mindset, and are good at stakeholder management, as relations are a strong foundation for success in this role.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Resource Manager or in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in resource management tools and software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Danish is required, both written and spoken.
