Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection
- At least 2-3 years of hotel Front Office experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc) and front office systems. Knowledge of the principles of revenue management and commercial policies.

- Manage and coordinate the department, implementing the service and quality standards.
- Handle and monitor guest concerns and provide customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate in overseeing and controlling departmental budget, ensuring positive results and implementing changes when necessary.
- Collaborate in the preparation of the monthly revenue forecast.
- Review and supervise the correct application of upselling and cross selling policies in the reception team.
- Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local areas, and are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and practices.
- Communicate and transmit a consistent message regarding FO objectives and expected results, as well as hotel crucial information.
