Ensure the quality behind every product decision
Danfoss is seeking a Quality Data Specialist to take a central role in driving and executing product data quality initiatives across systems, teams, and business units. In this role, you will be a key enabler of clean, compliant, and high-value product data that supports everything from design and manufacturing to customer experience and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this position, you will:

Lead efforts to improve the quality of global product data in core digital platforms such as CRM, PLM, and ERP.

Ensure that data meets legal, financial, and operational requirements, supporting mistake-proof processes across the value chain.

Coach and influence data owners and stakeholders to prioritize high-quality master data and maintain consistent data governance practices.

Establish and uphold data quality systems, including standards, monitoring, and audits.

Drive and support targeted data improvement and cleansing projects.

Conduct fact-based analysis to guide data quality priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
