Are you an audiologist and have a good sense for structure? Do you want to follow our products all the way through their lifecycle? Joining our Product Management team within International Sales, you will become part of this process as we are looking for an Audiologist to be a strategic sparring partner to the markets on how to utilize and position GN Hearing's product portfolio in the market.
The team you will be part of
With you as our newest team member, we will be 8 people supporting our colleagues with everything product related, such as introduction of new products, audiological information and lifecycle management. We are committed to maintaining a positive environment.
Your contribution is appreciated, and your main responsibility will be to oversee our well-defined product lifecycles and to manage possible complaints that the countries might have. You will work closely with the head of your team and a student assistant who will help you keep the overall overview. You will report direct to Head of Product Management International Sales Mariana Roslyng-Jensen.
Apart from your own team, you will be collaborating closely with all markets in International Sales and with the different functions in Headquarters.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you will be in touch with many different stakeholders and use your audiological knowledge to qualify your work. Your responsibility will include:
Ensure effective launches of new products by collaborating with marketing and product management, and addressing market needs Manage projects to support markets in all aspects of the product. Aspects such as technical specification, understanding of the features, documentation package for registration and more Collaborate with markets to understand their needs and find commonalities to aid headquarters in strategic decisions Train customers on the products Serve as a point of contact for the markets, coordinating and facilitating communication and support from headquarters
Whether handling various kinds of information or managing your work day, you find it easy to create structure. In other words, your coordination and planning skills are well-developed and you have a keen eye for following processes and insightful business acumen.
In addition, you have
some years of experience working in the hearing aid industry, or you could have worked at a hospital are an Audiologist or have knowledge within hearing aid products, features, fitting software, accessories, apps, and positioning
