You will work closely with colleagues across Pharmaceutical Development, Global Regulatory Affairs, QC, Stability departments, and external partners. Your Role
As a Principal Scientist, you will be the cornerstone of our efforts to ensure the success of marketed biologics and combination products. The position focuses on biologics and combination products, which are at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation. You will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes by ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of these advanced therapies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing scientific oversight of analytical methods and stability studies for marketed biologic combination products including analysis of data.
- Acting as analytical SME or Lead in tech transfer projects (e.g. design of stability and comparability studies). Lifecycle management activities including change controls, and deviation handling related to analytical and stability for biologic products.
- Representing LEO Pharma in interactions with health authorities and regulatory audits.
- Supporting external partners (CDMOs) with analytical method changes and GMP events.
- Authoring and updating regulatory documentation (M3) and participating in cross-functional projects.
- Mentoring and guiding other SMEs while driving improvement initiatives in your field of expertise.

Your Qualifications
Your scientific acumen, combined with your ability to manage complex projects and mentor others, will be instrumental in this role.
We imagine you have following background:
- A Master’s degree (M.Sc./Cand.scient./Cand.pharm.) or similar in a relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on GMP and biologic analytical methods.
- Extensive expertise in biologic combination products analytical methods and stability studies to drive our commercial production and regulatory excellence.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
