Powerplants and Generators Specialist

Your new role
As our new Powerplants and Generators Specialist, you will work alongside a dedicated team of Power Systems engineers across a broad range of projects, in Denmark and abroad. Your role will primarily involve tendering and detail design of power plants, including turbines, generators, and transformer systems, across a range of power plant types and sizes, including thermal powerplants.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Performing detail engineering design of turbines, generators, boilers and related systems.
- Creating tendering specifications and designs for generators and transformers.
- Analyse energy demand vs. supply and recommend system improvements.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical and environmental colleagues on projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE and environmental regulations.
About you
- Proven experience with design of powerplant and power generating systems.
- Experience working with HV projects (between 132, 150 and 400kV systems).
- Consulting experience, working on large-scale power projects with a client-facing emphasis.
- Fluent English and ideally German, due to our clients’ needs in German projects.
