Are you passionate about nutrition, food safety, and the transition to sustainable diets? Do you have a strong interest in modelling and want to contribute to the development of healthy and sustainable food products with real-world impact?

The Risk-Benefit Research Group at DTU Food is seeking a motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team for a 2-year position. You will be part of a dynamic research team and contribute to a European research project focused on assessing the health impacts of innovative food products.

As a formal qualification, you must hold a PhD degree (or equivalent).

Salary and terms of employment 
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.

The period of employment is 2 years. Starting date is 1 January 2026 (or according to mutual agreement). The position is a full-time position.

The Research Group for Risk-Benefit focuses on developing models within quantitative health assessment to be used in risk-benefit assessment, risk and benefit ranking, and burden of disease studies.
