By translating market trends and business objectives into actionable portfolio plans, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our product lifecycle, efficiently using development resources, and facilitating sustainable growth across the luxury audio landscape.
Key responsibilities
Managing the product roadmap according to Portfolio Strategy:
Helping to ensure timely product launches
Ensuring buy in and understanding of the roadmap across functions and stakeholders
Managing financial model behind the product portfolio strategy
Optimizing, documenting and facilitating governance of roadmap process
Establishing bi-annual portfolio strategy and roadmap review with senior leaders in Product, Design and Engineering functions
Ensuring impactful structure for Lifecycle Management activities in relation to in-portfolio products and securing alignment with Product Management and Design and Engineering Teams
Managing and facilitating the continuous process of defining overall Product Portfolio Strategy in close collaboration with Product Category Managers based on trends and developments in the luxury audio industry (technology development, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, etc.).
Maintaining, evolving and communicating short and long term roadmap and project execution plan through a 360-degree lens across business functions to support overall development goals.
Planning and managing the process of holistically optimizing project execution activities in close collaboration with Product Creation and Engineering teams.
Facilitating the process of continuously optimizing execution of portfolio of projects relative to development capacity
Evolving and maintaining business scenario model for financial simulation of portfolio strategy impact according to commercial growth ambitions
Ensuring alignment of portfolio priorities with all relevant stakeholders and exploring new ways to optimize resource efficiency in relation to development activities in close collaboration with Product Creation and Engineering teams
What you bring
We are seeking an individual with over 5 years experience within product development, innovation management or portfolio planning. Moreover, you bring:
Master’s degree in Business-related or Engineering field
Solid financial understanding
Consultancy experience can be a benefit but not a requirement
Advanced analytical skills and highly structured work approach
Greatly collaborative, regularly interacting with individuals across various functions and cultural backgrounds
Experience in stakeholder management
Adaptable and skilled at navigating changes in a complex environment
Proficient communication skills verbally and in writing - fluency in English
Good skills in conceptual and strategic thinking
