PATRIZIA Global Partners (PGP) is the company’s international real estate division, which invests throughout North America, Europe and Asia with best-in-class local operating partners. Most recently, PGP has launched the PATRIZIA Sustainable Communities fund, a real estate impact vehicle, and the PATRIZIA Global Real Estate Debt Fund, a specialised real estate debt strategy. It has also invested in a data centre platform across North and South America. PGP continues to evolve, actively pursuing opportunities in real estate private equity, real asset debt, and specialised investment strategies.
The role
- We are looking for someone to join PGP’s team as soon as possible at our Copenhagen Office.
- As a Part-time Analyst, you will join our investment and fund management team of ten dedicated professionals responsible for sourcing, analysing, selecting, and managing real estate investments through local operating partners. The role offers a broad range of assignments.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct macro- and micro-level market analysis, including sector-specific research
- Perform financial and strategic analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modelling and return calculations
- Preparation of Investment Committee materials
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, investor briefings, and industry events
- Maintain and update PGP’s proprietary deal database with information on investment opportunities
- Benchmark performance and monitor risk across PGP’s investment portfolio
- Meetings with international operating partners
What we look for
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of or willingness to learn VBA is an advantage
- Strong academic track record with excellent verbal and written English skills
- Preferably in the third year of a bachelor’s degree or the first year of a master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Self-motivated, driven, and an effective team player
- Detail-oriented and thorough, with an interest in working in a dynamic, international, and engaging environment
- The workload is approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility on both sides during busy periods.
