Core Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end process of translating learning needs into complex learning interventions, including designing, curating, testing, and delivering blended learning and e-learning solutions.

  • Facilitation: Act as the primary facilitator for sessions, predominantly in a virtual environment in English, with regular face-to-face sessions in the Danish.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, Heads of Skill Families, Skill Leads, and SMEs to define project scope, track deliverables, and align outcomes with business strategies.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME for skills and learning development, focusing on integrating complex solutions that align with organizational goals.

  • Innovation and Improvement: Lead projects aimed at enhancing learning and development processes, tools, and systems to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of training approaches.

  • Needs Identification: Proactively identify potential issues, skill gaps, and future learning needs through discussions with management and networks, flagging findings for inclusion in the organizational learning plan.

  • Data-Driven Evaluation: Track, evaluate, and report on the success of development initiatives, using insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve key L&D metrics.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, sharing relevant insights to enhance competitiveness.

  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training programs.

  • Professional Development: Participate in personal development opportunities and undertake stretch assignments to enhance skills.

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to lead and participate in the end-to-end process of translating organizational learning needs into complex learning interventions.

You will be responsible for designing, curating, testing, and delivering effective L&D interventions using various tools and methods such as blended learning, e-learning, and facilitation.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in designing and delivering learning and development interventions combined with strong stakeholder management skills, preferably from a larger global organization. In addition, it is crucial for this position, that you speak fluent Danish and can relate to below:

  • A creative and innovative approach to learning design, applying various tools and methods such as blended learning, e-learning, and facilitation

  • Ability to own and drive product (learning intervention) development, including delivery planning and deployment

  • Excellent communication and ability to influence and drive activity in a partnering model.

  • Proficient facilitating skills, with experience in conducting online sessions in English and face to face sessions in Danish

  • MS Office and knowledge of any technology used to design and facilitate online sessions
