Work in partnership with leaders to recommend, support and facilitate Learning and Development initiatives and programs to drive organizational goals and objectives.Actively promote an environment of continuous learning, growth and development and focus on maximizing employee and client satisfaction in relation to Learning and Development.
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving our culture of continuous learning and supporting strategic business objectives through effective training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate dynamic learning and development programs using advanced presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training and adult learning techniques, in both live and virtual classroom settings.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align learning and development initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to address identified learning needs.
- Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure comprehensive maintenance of learning records and provide accurate measurement and reporting of learning metrics.
- Oversee the completion of mandatory learning plans within set timelines, ensuring clear communication of progress.
- Engage in ownership of additional projects or initiatives as needed.
- Embody and promote our Concentrix culture through effective leadership and advocacy.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in a management/leadership capacity or in advising managers/leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions (both face-to-face and virtual) using creative training and adult learning techniques.
- Strong capability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written (in English and preferably a second language), with the ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences.
- Results-driven with a track record of delivering high-quality projects or initiatives within deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently and drive results.
- Sound understanding of business acumen with a strong customer focus.
- Competence in analyzing and interpreting business issues to recommend solutions and best practices.
- Passionate about promoting learning and development.
