JOB OPENING: Warehouse and Shop Administrator

Golden Foods is a leading importer and distributor of Indian speciality foods in Denmark. We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Shop Administrator to support our growing operations. This is a hybrid role that combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in both the warehouse and retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems
Assist with order processing and preparing shipments
Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and customers
Oversee deliveries and shop restocking
Ensure cleanliness and organization in warehouse and shop areas
Provide basic administrative support to management
Handle product labeling, pricing, and shop presentation
Experience in warehouse or retail administration (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory software)
Able to communicate in English and Hindi (Danish is a plus)
Physically able to handle stock and occasional lifting
Reliable, proactive, and willing to take responsibility
Experience with food products or import/distribution is a bonus
