Join Capgemini as a Junior Content & Event Manager - A Part-Time Role with Real Impact
We’re looking for a talented and ambitious part-time Junior Content & Event Manager , who’s looking to grow their skillset in digital marketing and events to join our Danish marketing team.
Capgemini is a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation. We partner with the world’s leading organizations to unlock the value of technology and help build a more sustainable and inclusive future. When you join Capgemini, you become part of a collaborative and diverse community of more than 340.000 people, where you’re supported in shaping your own path and inspired to make a difference.
Your Role
In this versatile role, you will be part of a strong and ambitious local team in Denmark, working closely with colleagues based out of India as well as across the Nordic region - Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
Your main focus will be on bringing events to life - both internal and external - by supporting planning, coordination, and of course execution. Alongside this, you’ll help shape engaging content and campaign materials across digital channels, contributing to both local initiatives in Denmark and broader activities across the Nordic region.
You will be reporting directly to the Pursuit Marketing and Events Manager, as well as the Danish CMO, where you’ll collaborate across teams to plan, create, and optimize content and campaigns that drive engagement, support our brand, and contribute to a consistent and impactful market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
- Assist in planning and executing both internal activations and external, client-facing events
- Support with event content, practical coordination, communication, and follow-up activities
- Help ensure our events are on-brand, well-organized, and deliver a memorable experience
- Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and other teams to align messaging and objectives across event touchpoints
Content (& Campaigns)
- Plan, create, and publish content for our social media channels – especially LinkedIn
- Write and edit content in both English and Danish, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, campaign materials, and event-related content
- Support the planning and roll-out of marketing campaigns aligned with local and Nordic business goals
- Ensure brand consistency and creativity across content, visuals, and messaging
- Track and report on social media and campaign performance using tools like LinkedIn Analytics and Salesforce/Pardot
- Identify learnings and suggest optimizations to improve engagement and reach
- Collaborate closely with the Danish team and our extended team in India to manage tasks efficiently
- Contribute to Nordic collaboration across Sweden, Norway, and Finland on joint marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Currently studying for a master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with event coordination and/or marketing campaigns is a plus, but not a necessity
- Creative mindset with strong writing skills in both Danish and English
- A flair for visual content and an understanding of the value of imagery and video in marketing
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Salesforce, Teams, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and timelines – especially during busy event periods
- A positive, proactive team player who enjoys collaborating across cultures and locations
And most importantly – eager to learn and grow your skills across a diverse portfolio of activities, platforms, and people
What We Offer
- Paid part-time position (flexible hours to match your studies)
- A great opportunity to build experience in marketing and events in a globally recognized company
- A dynamic and social team with both local presence and international collaboration
- Flexible working conditions (office located in Vallensbæk Strand (soon moving to new offices right next to Fisketorvet) + possibility to occasionally work from home)
- A real chance to grow professionally while contributing to meaningful events and campaigns
