This is more than a temporary replacement - it is an opportunity to strengthen our P&C capabilities as we introduce a new global HR platform. You will be central to our transition, helping to ensure continuity, clarity, and collaboration across teams, while operationally supporting our Copenhagen office.
What you will be doing
- Provide reliable support: Step in as an interim P&C Business Partner during a maternity leave, offering practical support to leaders and employees in Denmark (and potentially the Nordics).
- Facilitate the change: Play an important role in implementing our new HRIS platform, HiBob, from testing and data validation to guiding users and ensuring a smooth rollout.
- Organise and optimise: Manage P&C documentation and support structured imports into HiBob, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
- Collaborate internationally: Work closely with global stakeholders to share knowledge, resolve issues, and enable seamless transitions.
- Ensure compliance: Keep records accurate and aligned with GDPR and internal standards.
- Identify improvements: Spot opportunities to enhance processes and maximise the benefits of our new system.
Who you are
- Experience in P&C/HR is an advantage, but not a requirement - whether from studies, internships, or roles such as Generalist, Business Partner, or Operations Specialist
- Confident in working with HR platforms - ideally HiBob, or similar systems such as Sympa HR, Workday, SuccessFactors, or BambooHR, is a plus but not a requirement.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing complex implementations.
- Detail-oriented and skilled at working with large datasets and documents.
- Proficient in Excel with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

- Contract: Temporary full-time role from September 2025 to July 2026

- Salary: The monthly gross salary banding for this position is 32.000- 40.000 DKK for 37.5 hours/week, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
